Life...

Hollywood paints such pretty pictures of life, with such beautiful horizons and green grass and breathtaking, happily ever after scenes.....That is is so nice of them to do that for our entertainment! I applaud them. Sometimes they forget to leave out the fact that life is not ALWAYS all that pretty. Actually life can be quite grotesque, gruesome, and not so glamorous. Life can make you cry, and it can make your stomach hurt (literally).  However, there are many lessons to be learned. To experience life is to grow up. It is to put things in perspective. It should be remembered that life is always good and always worth living, ESPECIALLY, if you are breathing. Breathing is a privilege, in case you did not  know. So, you always have to look at the bigger picture of life. Is my cup half empty or is my cup half full. I would say that my cup is half full. Life is teaching me that it is good. Life is good. Life is a good teacher. Things may not all the time be spelled out in big, bold, plain letters. Things may not look pretty all the time. But Life....life is good. Do you know why life is good? It is good because you are breathing. Your cup is half full.
